When booking private airport transfers customers should always read the companies terms and conditions first. To save you time we read through and have summarised here what we consider the most important aspects to consider before booking.

Per person baggage allowance

Standard luggage allowance is one suitcase and one small piece of hand luggage per person.

All passengers count as adults and receive same baggage allowance.

Pushchairs and sports equipment are considered excess luggage and it is the clients responsibility to make sure they have booked a large enough transfer to cover any large suitcases or excess luggage; if these are unable to fit the clients may be charged for a second vehicle to take the luggage.

Large sports equipment must be declared when making a booking otherwise extra charge may be incurred.

Passengers with disabilities

Fold down wheelchairs are not charged for but clients are requested to inform Resorthoppa of their requirements prior to booking as they need to ensure that the requested destination can accommodate the booking.

Airport waiting time after flight lands

Your driver will be waiting for you and your transfer is an immediate door to door service.

Flight delays

Clients are requested to inform Resorthoppa of any delays that their flight may have.

Resorthoppa will try to monitor flight times but no guarantee is made that they will be there at the time of flight should a significant delay be occurred.
