When booking shared airport transfers customers should always read the companies terms and conditions first. To save you time we read through and have summarised here what we consider the most important aspects to consider before booking.

Per person baggage allowance

Standard luggage allowance is one suitcase and one small piece of hand luggage per person.

All passengers count as adults and receive same baggage allowance.

Pushchairs and small sports equipment are not considered excess luggage and there is no extra charge for this.

Large sports equipment must be declared when making a booking otherwise extra charge may be incurred.

Passengers with disabilities

Fold down wheelchairs are not charged for but shared transfers are deemed unsuitable for passengers who cannot climb steps into the coach or the minibus.

Airport waiting time after flight lands

Passengers may have to wait 45 minutes at small airports and even longer during peak season at large airports such as Palma and Alicante.

Flight delays

Clients are requested to inform Resorthoppa of any delays that their flight may have.

Passengers on shared transfers will normally be transferred to the next shared transfer subject to availability.

If alternative transfer is unavailable clients will have to pay for their own transfer and claim back the cost of their shared transfer through their travel insurance.
