Per person baggage allowance

Suntransfers state that standard luggage allowance is one suitcase per person (up to the weight of 20kg) and one piece of hand luggage (up to 5kg).

Any excess luggage needs to be declared at the time of booking as extra charges may be incurred.

Passengers with disabilities

Suntransfers do not have any notes or terms about passengers travelling with a disability. It is advised to mention any walking or movement difficulties to Suntransfers when making your original booking.

Airport waiting time after flight lands

Suntransfers state that the driver employed for the clients transfer will wait 60 minutes after the flight has landed at the airport. This waiting time is restricted to 20 minutes for all other agreed pick up points.

Flight delays

Suntransfers state that should all flights are monitored in case of a delay to ensure your driver will be waiting for you at the correct time. However they advise that the client also calls their assistance hotline as a further measure of security.
